I just finished rendering the first of three video packages covering last night's storm in Wheat Ridge. This package is focusing on the flooding in Wheat Ridge immediately after the storm and contains footage of the eastern portion of the straight line winds as the storm crossed I-70. Just before the video was shot, I observed the funnel cloud and power flash to my west before losing sight of it when the high winds rolled in.

Two other packages will follow by tomorrow, including the nighttime damage video including emergency crews and residents immediately after the storm, then a third package containing the general damage shot later in the morning and just after sunrise.
